How can I sign with a OTP?

A signature with OTP (One-Time Password) is a digital signature done by sending a single-use code (only valid to sign a specific document) with temporary validity to the signatory via SMS or email, depending on what is indicated when the signing process is created.

Signing with a OTP has several advantages, including the fact that it is incredibly easy to use. How can you sign with a OTP?

  1. When you receive a notification that you have a document pending signature, click “View and sign document”.
  2. Review the document and click “Sign”.
  3. You will receive a one-time code via email or mobile phone.
  4. Enter the code in the field that will appear on the platform and click “Sign”.
  5. The document is signed.
