  • If you are a user receiving a document or email from Docuten because a Docuten client sent it, we process your data to fulfill our contractual relationship with the client and, in some cases, as data processors.
  • For sending commercial information, newsletters, etc., we rely on your consent, unless you are already a client, in which case we rely on our legitimate interest.
  • For call recordings, we rely on our legitimate interest.
  • For biometric data processing, we rely on your consent, which is strictly regulated under electronic signature legislation.

This is the highest level of security assurance, confirming the implementation of a management system that protects information within our organization.
